Revisions are contingent on the package select. Clients can approach us for unlimited free amendments and we will revise their design with no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. Revision turnaround time will be 48 hours.

Refund Policy

In any case, any funds deposited will not be liable for a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved, or if a change is requested, unless ProseForge Studio cancels or ends your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.

All requests for refunds will follow the arrangement below:

You may request a refund within 30 days of the initial project commencement date. However, once you approve or request changes to the initial designs or writing drafts, the refund offer will be void, and no request for a refund will be entertained.

Once the project has entered the revision phase, the refund offer will be void, and a request for a refund will not be entertained.

If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial design or writing concepts, you would qualify for a full refund (less a 10% administration and processing charge).

If the refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial delivery, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% administration and processing expense).

If the refund request is made within 48-96 hours after the initial design or writing delivery, you will only be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial delivery. However, within the 30-day period, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, so we encourage you to reach out to us so we can address your concerns through revisions.

No request for a refund will be entertained after 30 days of project commencement. If you wish to restart the order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.

All refund requests should be made to the support department. ProseForge Studio reserves the right to approve or reject any and all refund requests based on an individual case-by-case basis.

No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

For website bundles, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mockup has been revised or the inner pages have been created with the client's approval.

All requests for refunds must be communicated to the support department. ProseForge Studio, in light of your user agreement, reserves all authority to approve or reject your request on an individual case-by-case basis.

For ProseForge Studio/Custom bundles, refunds will apply in the same way as for single packages. For instance, if you request both a logo and web design and approve of the logo, you are eligible for a refund of the website service at the time of initial design only.

A refund request should have a legitimate reason, which must be evaluated against the project brief and client input for revisions. Unless an idea has not been created as per the brief, a refund will not be approved, although further revisions will be provided until you are satisfied.

Under no circumstances should either party (ProseForge Studio & Client) publicly attack or criticize each other or any employee, associate, or partner on public forums, blogs, or social networks during or after the contract period. Both parties agree not to speak on forums, blogs, community groups, or social media in a way that brings bad publicity to either party. In case of breach, the offending party will be required to pay reasonable compensation as determined by the non-breaching party.

The money-back guarantee is based on good faith. Where a client places design or writing orders with more than one agency for the same job, intending to claim refunds, ProseForge Studio does not consider this to be good faith. In such instances, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.

All design and writing jobs require client input before completion. It is requested that clients stay active throughout the process and provide feedback to achieve the desired results.

Our 100% unique design guarantee qualifies you for a new logo if the design delivered by ProseForge Studio is found to be substantially similar to an existing design. Any likeness to an existing outline will be purely coincidental, and ProseForge Studio will not be held responsible or liable for any claims. It is the client's responsibility to copyright their artwork.

How to Claim Your Refund

To ensure that your refund request is processed and approved, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

We will try to resolve your concerns in line with our revision policy, or we will email you refund request approval from our refund department.

After a refund is processed, all rights to the design or writing content will revert to ProseForge Studio, and you will no longer have any legal rights to use any version of the work delivered by us.

• Once the rights to the design or written work are transferred to ProseForge Studio, you agree to have no further ownership or rights (direct or indirect) to any of the work provided.

• In cooperation with the government copyright agencies, ProseForge Studio will share copyright information for refunded designs, restricting their reuse as original works.
